Guidelines ensuring tranquility for all guests
1. Sanctuary Etiquette & Arrival
To fully embrace your ritual, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This allows ample time for our welcome herbal foot bath, cold or warm towels, and consultation.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Protocol
We kindly request at least 4 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of sanctuary visits, and at least 6 hours notice for VIP In-Home Spa reservations. This respects the therapist’s designated preparation time.
3. Professional Decorum
APON operates strictly as an authentic therapeutic health and holistic wellness institution. Any improper conduct or solicitation is strictly prohibited and results in immediate cessation of service.
