We gather only essential data required to fulfill your reservation: your name, telephone number, optional email address, and specific health/pressure preferences. For VIP In-Home Spa reservations, residential addresses are stored encrypted and accessed only by the allocated therapist.

All communication across our web platform is protected with 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption. Administrative credentials are protected with multi-layered authentication barriers.
